I'm interested in staying at your campsite. How can I book?

Go to the booking page to check availability and book your stay.

We ask for a 30% deposit on booking and the balance of the stay 1 month before arrival.

What methods of payment are accepted for reservations?

When you book online, you can choose to pay by credit card or “chèque vacances connect”.

When and how do I pay the balance of my stay?

The balance of your stay must be paid 30 days before your arrival. You will receive an automatic email to pay by credit card.

Or by post with a cheque payable to “Camping de Bilouris” or vacation vouchers to : Camping de Bilouris – Pointe de Kerners – 56640 ARZON

How much are the application fees?

The booking fee is 16€ for rentals and 10€ for pitches.

Do I have to pay a deposit on site?

A deposit of 300€ is required for mobile homes.

This can be paid in advance on request (no debit, just a credit card imprint). This gives you priority on the day of arrival.

They will be returned to you on the day of your departure or destroyed if you leave outside opening hours, provided that the accommodation is left clean and after deduction of compensation for any damage caused.

I know the campsite, can I choose my pitch?

When you make your reservation, you can choose the “guaranteed choice of plot” option and tell us what you would like to see in your comments.

Subject to availability, we will assign you the plot of your choice, or contact you to propose available plots.

If there is no more choice, the option will be cancelled and therefore not invoiced.

I would like to cancel my reservation. What is the procedure?

All cancellations must be sent by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt.

If you have taken out cancellation insurance, we will send you the documents you need to declare your claim to CampezCouvert.

In the event of cancellation more than 30 days before your stay, the deposit will be retained by the campsite.

In the event of cancellation less than 30 days before your stay, the sums already paid are retained by the campsite and the balance of your stay remains due.

What are the arrival and departure times on site?

Rental accommodation is available from 4.30pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.30am at the latest on the day of departure.
Campsite pitches are available from 12 noon if you have made a reservation, and from 4pm without a reservation, and must be vacated by 12 noon.

When is the campsite open?

The campsite is open from 1 April to 25 September.

Does the campsite have WIFI?

Wifi is available on the terrace near reception.

Access is free for campsite guests. A code will be given to you on arrival.

Does the campsite have a swimming pool?

The campsite has no swimming pool, but has direct access to the sea.

Can I rent a highchair or cot?

We don’t have this equipment at the campsite.

Are bicycles available for hire?

You can have your bikes delivered directly to the campsite.

All you need to do is contact Cycles de l’océan. You’ll find their contact details and prices on the activities page of the site.

Can I buy household linen?

Yes, we have a laundry room with two washing machines and 1 dryer.

Is there a launderette on the campsite?

Gas or electric barbecues are permitted, but open fires or wood-burning fires are prohibited by prefectural decree (we strongly recommend gas).

Are there heaters in the rentals?

Our rentals are insulated walls, floors and ceilings and are equipped with heating systems.

Are there refrigerators, microwaves and TVs in the mobile homes?

Yes

Can several tents be placed on the same campsite?

Yes, with a limited capacity of 6 people per pitch, and for an additional charge.

Friends or family are coming to visit me at the campsite. What happens?

Anyone visiting the campsite must leave their vehicle outside the campsite grounds and report to reception. We appreciate advance notice from campsite residents.
The visitor rate (2€) will be applied as soon as it is no longer a simple courtesy visit (+ 4h).

Do you accept minors?

Only if accompanied by their parents.

Are pets allowed?

Our “furry” companions are welcome on the pitches.

They must be kept on a leash, not disturb their neighbors, and their vaccination certificate will be requested on arrival.

Pitches cost €1.50, €2.50 or €3.50 per night, depending on the period.

Pets are not allowed in mobile homes.

What to do if you arrive late?

If you are unable to arrive before 6.00 pm, please contact us a few days before your arrival to make the necessary arrangements. We will then take your deposit/credit card payment and give you the gate code (for mobile homes, the keys will be left inside).

How do you announce a delay?

Any delay must be notified in writing.

If the delay is several days and you have taken out cancellation insurance, you can request a refund from CampezCouvert.

Can we book outside Saturday to Saturday?

Mobile homes can be booked from Saturday to Saturday and Sunday to Sunday, or from Wednesday to Wednesday, depending on the model.

From early April to early June, it’s possible to book for a few nights without a specific day, but departures must be on a weekend (Saturday or Sunday or public holiday).

For pitches, arrival/departure days are free in April, May, June and September. In July and August, arrivals and departures are only possible on Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays.

Can I pay for my holiday with vacation vouchers?

We are approved by the Agence Nationale pour les Chèques Vacances. You can use your vacation vouchers to pay for all or part of your stay.
Please note that the balance must be paid one month before the start of your stay.

Can I pay for my stay with vacation vouchers?

Caisses d’Allocations Familiales vacation vouchers are not accepted for direct payment.
However, they may be reimbursed by your Caisse d’Allocation Familiale after your stay. To do this, please contact your CAF before you register to check whether they will cover your expenses.
After your stay, please enclose with your CAF vouchers :
– the certificate of attendance: to be issued by the site manager during your stay.
We will not be able to complete your CAF vouchers without these documents.
